We are currently experiencing an issue when transferring domains to another registered client email account.

The internal domain account-transfer workflow, recipient validation, and related SQL data were reviewed and updated from May 30 to Jun 27.

Pending requests remain safe. If a transfer does not complete normally, please open a support ticket before retrying the same domain transfer.
