Why is my order still pending?
New orders stay pending while payment, customer details, tax totals, selected services, and setup requirements are reviewed. The dashboard will show the order status as it moves forward.
Can I start with hosting only and add a domain later?
Yes. You can order hosting first and connect a domain later. The website will not be public on your chosen domain until DNS is pointed to the hosting account.
Where do I find my active services?
After logging in, open the dashboard to view hosting services, domains, orders, renewal dates, upgrade requests, and support tickets connected to your account.
Can I register a domain without buying hosting?
Yes. You can order a domain by itself and add hosting later. Keep the domain contact details accurate so renewal and ownership notices reach you.
How long do DNS changes take?
Many DNS changes appear within minutes, but some networks can take 24 to 48 hours to refresh. During that time, visitors in different locations may see different results.
What is the difference between nameservers and DNS records?
Nameservers decide where a domain DNS zone is managed. DNS records inside that zone point website traffic, email, verification, and other services to the correct destination.
What records are usually needed for a website and email?
A website normally needs an A record or CNAME. Email commonly needs MX, SPF, DKIM, and sometimes DMARC records. The exact values depend on the hosting and mail service you use.
When will SSL work on my website?
SSL can be issued after the domain points to the hosting account and the website responds correctly. If DNS is still updating, SSL may need more time before it validates.

Check the status page, domain expiration, nameservers, recent DNS changes, SSL status, and the exact browser error. These details help identify whether the issue is domain, DNS, hosting, or website code.
What files can I attach to a ticket?
Attach screenshots, small logs, PDFs, or error details that explain the issue. Do not upload passwords, full card numbers, private keys, or secret recovery codes.
