From May 30, 2026 to June 27, 2026, our domain operations team performed maintenance on registrar synchronization, DNS record management, nameserver update queues, WHOIS privacy checks, transfer lock status, and EPP/auth-code request handling. During the maintenance window, some customers may have experienced delayed domain transfer updates, slower DNS record saving, or temporary delays refreshing registrar status in the client area. Existing DNS resolution and active websites were not expected to be interrupted.

Resource graphs for disk usage, bandwidth, and account metrics temporarily refreshed slower than normal.

Nameserver changes were saved, but validation feedback in the client area appeared slower than usual for some domains.

Some customers reported slower webmail login redirects. Mail delivery and mailbox storage remained available.

Transfer status badges for selected domains were delayed in the client area while registrar polling recovered.

File manager and backup listing pages loaded slower than normal for a subset of shared hosting customers. Website traffic and database access were not affected.

Some customers experienced delayed control panel actions while background workers processed a larger than usual management queue. Public websites remained reachable.

Routine DNS management maintenance was completed to validate nameserver update queues, record formatting, and provider-side synchronization. Existing DNS resolution was not interrupted.

Scheduled security maintenance was completed on shared hosting nodes. Updates were applied in rolling batches to reduce customer impact while preserving website availability.
