Service use

Services must be used for lawful websites, applications, email, domain management, and related business activity. Customers may not use the service to distribute malware, send abusive traffic, attack other networks, host prohibited material, or interfere with other customers.

Orders, payment, and activation

Orders may be reviewed before activation. Hosting, VPS, domain, renewal, upgrade, and add-on requests are processed after payment is received and the required service details are confirmed.

Customer responsibilities

Customers are responsible for accurate account information, secure passwords, timely renewals, lawful content, website backups, domain contact accuracy, and any third-party software installed in their hosting account.

Domains and renewals

Domain registrations, transfers, renewals, and DNS changes depend on registry and registrar rules. Customers should renew domains before expiration and review nameserver or DNS changes carefully before applying them.

Suspension and cancellation

Services may be suspended or cancelled for unpaid invoices, confirmed abuse, security risk, prohibited use, or requests made by the account owner. Data availability after cancellation may be limited by the service type and retention practices.

Limitations

Service availability, setup times, support response, and account actions may vary by plan, payment status, technical conditions, provider availability, domain registry rules, and the information supplied by the customer.
